Shipping policy

We offer two shipping options for our rental equipment: self-pickup and set-up.

Self-Pickup Option:

If you choose the self-pickup option, you may pick up the rental equipment from our location within the designated pickup window, which is 1 day or on the day of your event. You will need to present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the rental when picking up the equipment.

You will be responsible for returning the equipment within the designated timeframe, which is 1 day after your event. Late returns may result in additional fees, and any damages to the equipment will be deducted from your deposit.

Set-Up Option:

If you choose the set-up option, our team will deliver and set up the rental equipment at your event location according to your specifications. We will also provide tear-down and removal services after your event.

Please note that additional fees will apply for set-up and tear-down services, and the cost will depend on the complexity and duration of the setup. We recommend booking set-up services well in advance to ensure availability.

Regardless of the shipping option you choose, please inspect the rental equipment upon receipt and report any damages or issues to our customer service team immediately. We take great care to ensure that all equipment is in good working condition when it leaves our warehouse, and we want to ensure that you have a successful event.
